- Product Variations: Live plants are natural biological products. Photos on our website are representative; exact size, shape, foliage, and color may vary slightly due to seasonal changes and natural growth.
- Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the order quantities of any item or discontinue products without prior notice.
- Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.
3. Orders and Payments
- Order Acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation email does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt.
- Payment Terms: Full payment must be completed at the time of placing the order. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment options specified at checkout.
- Pricing Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery Areas: We ship plants and gardening accessories to designated locations. Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or location accessibility.
- Live Plant Care in Transit: We package plants carefully to minimize transit stress. However, minor leaf shedding or bent stems during shipping are normal for live plants and do not render the plant defective.
- Unboxing Responsibility: Customers are required to inspect packages immediately upon arrival and follow basic post-transit care instructions.
5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns
- Cancellations: Orders can be canceled prior to dispatch. Once dispatched, orders containing live plants cannot be canceled.
- Returns & Claims: Returns for live plants are generally not accepted due to their perishable nature. Claims for dead or severely damaged plants must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including logos, text, graphics, product photography, icons, and code—is the property of APU Nursery and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. - We are not responsible for plant death or decline caused by improper care, inadequate lighting, overwatering, pest infestations, or adverse weather conditions occurring after delivery.
